Vince Hurley was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. He attended Loyola University and graduated in 1956. He received both his M.B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Wisconsin. Vince was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1961. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Order of the Coif, and a Member of the Board of Editors for the Wisconsin Law Review (1960-1961).
Vince has been active in the Central Oregon community for more than 40 years and is a former member of the St. Charles Hospital Institutional Review Committee and the Bend La Pine School Board. During his active legal career Vince specialized in Business Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Leasing, Water Law, and Licensing.
Though formally retired from the practice of law, Vince can often be seen in his office, in the halls of Hurley Re, or around town enjoying the friends he has developed here over the years.
