Brian's practices focuses on General Litigation and Arbitration and Mediation for the firm. He is described as “personable,” “professional” and “tenacious.”

Prior to joining Hurley Re Attorneys at Law in 2006, he was a partner in Merrill O’Sullivan.

Brian was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1979 and the Washington State Bar in 1980. He received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. He earned B.S. from Michigan State University. He contributed to the “Oregon Civil Litigation Manual” in 2009.

Brian is known in the Central Oregon community for his volunteer work on the Mt. Bachelor Ski Patrol. He spends his free time bicycling and skiing.
